Ingredients
1 cabbage, chopped
2 tomatoes, make puree
1 inch ginger, grated
1/2 tsp cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1-1/2 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
4 sprigs green coriander, chopped

Indian cauliflower recipes:
- To make cauliflower sabzi (vegetable), first heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and cumin in it and let it cook for 15 seconds.
- After 15 seconds, add tomato, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, mix and let it cook for 1 minute.
- Now add cabbage, 2 tablespoons of water, mix and cover the pan. Lower the flame and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve cauliflower sabzi with mint moong dal, boondi raita, and phulka for lunch.
