Halwa recipe: Whenever you feel like eating sweets immediately, you can make Suji ka halwa, it gets prepared very quickly, and halwa is very easy to make and very tasty to eat.
Ingredients for Sooji Halwa
- Semolina – 70 grams (half cup)
- Desi Ghee – 60 – 70 grams(1/3 cup)
- Sugar-100 grams (a little more than half a cup)
- Cashews – 10-12
- Raisins- 1 tablespoon
- Small cardamom – 4 (grind and make powder)
- Almonds – 8-10
Halwa recipe
Halwa recipe: Place the pan on gas and add half the ghee to it. After the ghee is heated, add semolina to it and while stirring with the help of a ladle, fry the semolina until it turns brown. After some time, slow down the flame and fry further till it becomes light dark brown.
After roasting the semolina, add 4 times i.e. 2 cups of water and sugar, and mix it. Let the halwa cook on a low gas flame. Stir the halwa occasionally.
Meanwhile, chop the dry fruits. Cut cashew nuts into 4 to 5 pieces. Remove the stalk from the raisins and wash them.
Add chopped cashews, almonds, and raisins to the halwa and mix. Add cardamom powder also and mix. Add the remaining ghee to the halwa and mix. By adding ghee later, the halwa looks smooth and nice.
Ravadar semolina halwa will be ready in a short time. Remove from gas. Take out the semolina halwa in a bowl, sprinkle cashew nuts on top of the halwa, and decorate it. Semolina Halwa is ready, serve hot Semolina Halwa and eat.
